The Agile Playbook is something I developed over the course of teaching both at General Assembly and then running workshops at Possible and with Con Edison.
The Playbook is a supplement to the in person training which includes a game called “Scrum Wedding”.
This bootcamp was used to teach multi-disciplinary teams as well as stakeholders how to leverage User Stories as a tool for defining requirements for customers.
The idea of user and job stories is a way for teams to articulate the work to higher level stakeholders and get quick agreement on the work that would be done from Sprint to Sprint.
The slides shown are a guide for the workshop and do not include all activities and exercises.
The Value Mapping exercise is an innovation activity to help companies find new opportunities based on mapping capabilities or assets they have to customer needs.
This helps also uncover new twists on existing offerings, new customers for existing offerings or whole new market opportunities.
The example here was for a company looking to innovate in the wellness space.
